Revived Scheme-42, Hawksbay - a 11,450-acre Housing and Recreational Township at Arabian Sea, allocating 54,000+ residential plots across different categories. This scheme was dormant for over two decades.
Member of multiple committees (Environment, Housing & Katchi Abadies, Recreational & Community Facilities, Urban Planning, Shore Development) for Karachi Strategic Development Plan 2020 - the only approved Master Plan for Karachi.
Represented Government of Sindh in Seminars, Meetings, and Conferences at Housing Advisory Board, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad. Formulated affordable housing scheme presented to Prime Minister of Pakistan.
Led the Malir Development Authority in strategic planning and development initiatives.
Managed town planning operations and strategic development projects.
Led team responsible for physical planning of land for Lyari Expressway affectees (LERP - Lyari Expressway Resettlement Project).

Joined KDA on 16-10-1982. Involved in Micro and Macro Planning of Karachi Metropolitan City implementing Karachi Master Plan 1974-85 along with regulatory works.
